Michigan State University Men's Club Soccer is a student run organization that provides a competitive soccer team at the national, collegiate, club level. The club seeks members who are quality athletes and committed students that enjoy being active in the East Lansing community.
Players on Michigan State's team must make a serious commitment throughout the year. Attendance is expected at all games, practices, and training sessions. For the Fall 2019 season, practice will be held twice a week, and conditioning is expected on the off days. Conference games are scheduled each weekend, and travel is done through car pools. If necessary, hotel arrangements will be arranged for weekend tournaments.
We also compete in a Regional Tournament at the end of the season to vie for an invitation to the National Club Tournament. Our team has competed in the National Tournament during the following seasons:
The club is self-funded. The 2019 Fall dues are $600. However, fundraising opportunities may be available to alleviate certain costs. Dues are required to pay for travel arrangements, field rentals, referees, hotels, coaching fees, and other expenses.
The Spartans have experienced many successful seasons since their establishment in 2000. Please follow the link below to read more. We thank our friends, families and alumni for their loyal support. Go Green!
